Overview:

PARC Packaging is a young, fast growing company in the retail packaging industry with a strong focus on design. We are a golden rule company that allows you to work with great independence, and to develop lasting relationships with retailers and business owners. These relationships are formed through helping your customers develop specialized, custom packaging that fits their unique needs, budget and delivery requirements. With two distribution facilities located in Minneapolis, and Jacksonville, we have the infrastructure and history of meeting the needs of small niche companies, as well as companies with 300+ locations.

  • Quick, continuous learner. This industry is constantly changing and is full of moving pieces. It requires the ability to learn on the fly, and to schedule time each month to stay up with new trends and developments.

The position / job description:

  • Required to manage a large number of customers. This will include being aware of your customers product usage, keeping a pulse on their needs and wants, as well as how those change within the different stages of business.
  • Three days a week is expected to be in the office making phone calls, 2 days a week is expected to be making outside cold calls with potential customers. 
  • possible trade show attendance multiple times per year.

Job performance will be measured by:

  • Client relationships that are deep, trusting and growing. We believe these manifest themselves in the following metrics:
  • New customer acquisition.
  • Maintaining, and growing current customer base.
  • Meeting sales and profitability goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid driver license, and dependable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Compensation Package:

  • Aggressive commission structure with Base
  • Travel Reimbursement.
