This assignment focuses on all aspects of administrative sales support for the CCS Outside Sales Representatives and their respective customers.
This position requires a self-directed, highly energetic person with implementation, organization and computer skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are important as this person is required to interact with personnel in all areas and levels of the operations, sales and management, as well as customer accounts. The capability to deal with high-volume tasks and prioritize assignments is critical.
The major expectation of this assignment is to provide a high-level of administrative sales support through the daily accomplishment of a wide variety of tasks including:
Emails, phone calls and fax must be checked hourly and communication to the appropriate internal/external customers is required.
