Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting both internal and external customers. The job involves supporting our Sales Team as well as performing various administrative duties. The person who is selected for this role will have a customer service focus, be willing to handle a variety of administrative responsibilities and be detail oriented.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Answering incoming calls / customer calls
  • Updating pricing for major vendors in quoting software
  • Providing pricing / administrative support to Account Managers on request
  • Assist Account Managers with setting up Customer portal and Customer Accounts
  • Insurance certificates
  • Process orders in Great Plains
  • Arrange lunch meetings for Sales Team
  • Process incoming mail - remove and copy checks/total/distrubte
  • File monthly rebates / vendor reports
  • Notarize documents as needed
  • Overnight labels as needed
  • Update attendance spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
  • Provider other administrative support as required

Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience in customer service / support role
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Dynamics Great Plains experience preferred
  • Excel/Word Required
