Management/Owner Trainee - Internship 

     All Things Restored, LLC is a trusted leader in the restoration industry. We are a locally owned and operated business and have highly trained team members that are dedicated to responding quickly to any disaster. We are passionate about responding quickly and working with our customers to get them back to life before their unfortunate event.

Pay: $15 an hour. 16-40 hrs per week.

Purpose: To grow spiritually, professionally, and missionally in the field of management & restoration through our enhanced internship program in partnership with CoPassion. This will provide an equivalent educational experience, with opportunities to learn about: Business, resource management, sales/marketing, customer service, OSHA Safety, insurance remediation, and much more.

Primary Roles:

• Learn basic marketing & sales development of the company’s services.
• Gain experience in resource management, for example: 
• Movement, care, & inventory of equipment.
• Tracking assets
• Vehicle maintenance
• Assist with flood, fire, and mold remediation projects.
• Learn how to communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters/carriers.
• Review estimates and protocols.
• Learn about OSHA safety and PPE practices. 
• Participate in weekly company meetings.
• Assist with digital forms and/or field paperwork for projects.
• Learn how to manage a restoration business by gaining experience in areas related to: 
• Job profitability 
• Excellent customer service
• Estimating equipment usage/drop size

Essential Experience/Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
• Understanding of math equivalent to High School Algebra 1

• Valid driver's license
