Compensation and Benefits
This is a part time or full, permanent, work from home, earnings depending on experience.
Traditional Benefits are not currently provided; however, the employer will provide certain perks which include bonus for new opportunities (sales).
Hours
The employer would like to start at 80 hours per month, or 20 hours per week. The current work schedule is planned to be Monday – Friday 9am – 1pm EST, USA. These hours will increase so applicants should be willing to work more hours should the opportunity arise.
Time Zone and Location
The hiring manager is a realtor located in Jacksonville Florida and works Eastern Standard Time business hours.
Training & Probationary Period
There is a 90 day probationary period. There is one week of orientation training.
About the Role
In this position, you will be supporting a Real Estate Agent who is the Top Agent at his brokerage in listings, sales and closings. This Agent is also a top 2% agent in North Florida. You will be in control of back end operations to help this Real Estate Agent succeed. Your responsibilities will include, CRM management, monitoring and nurturing home buyers and sellers, MLS date entry, BPO, social media development and engagement and light lead generation and possible skip tracing.
