IT HelpDesk Intern/Software Specialist Trainee  

At Advantage Design Group®, our team customizes online student orientations providing virtual onboarding experiences for millions of students at colleges and universities everywhere.

 

Paid Internship. 15 or more hrs per week.

 

Purpose: To grow spiritually, professionally and missionally in the field of computer science and information technology through our enhanced internship program. Find out more information here This will provide an equivalent educational experience, with opportunities to learn about the Helpdesk, QA Testing, Web developing, software training, and much more. 

 

Primary Roles:

  • Learn how to solve customer issues, technical problems and or concerns with websites and software . 
  • Assist with training new customers on software.
  • Learn how to browser test platforms for quality assurance.
  • Communicate with customers, fellow employees, and/or vendors to resolve issues. 
  • Work with the latest equipment and software.

 

Potential Opportunities

  • Learn about web developing by assisting on a project for the web development team.
