Job Description

The Account Assistant is responsible for performing duties related to the applications received from clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Update client files daily

  • Update client file accordingly in Quick Base when necessary send letters for collection, lapse notice, reinstatements

  • Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment

  • Must be able to multitask

  • Clear, direct communication skills with internal and external constituents

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. 440 preferred but not required upon hire will be required within 90 day probation period. The requirements listed below are representation of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; minimum of two years related experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to work from designated office for collaborative/interactive fulfillment of duties; perform telephone and/or computer work for extended periods of time; knowledge of Microsoft office; data entry; availability to work overtime as needed for business purposes
