Job Description

Job Summary: Providence Technology Solutions (PTS) is a full-service IT Consulting Management firm. A large portion of our business revolves around software implementation in the Human Capital Management (HCM) space.  We are currently launching a new Solutions Team in Jacksonville that will focus on implementing the HCM product Kronos WFR. Prior experience with Kronos is not needed. We will train you on the system and how to be successful.

As a Kronos Solution Analyst, you will be required to provide configuration changes to Kronos for the clients that have recently made the purchase. Configurations are needed as processes change, teams change, local and federal compliance regulations are updated, among other scenarios and situations. These changes will help new clients save time and be more efficient.
