We currently serve more than 400 successful individuals and families nationwide and specialize in architecting and implementing comprehensive financial plans for them. Each plan is tailored to the unique values and vision of our clients.

The essence of our Client Service Associate role is:

  • To ensure that our clients receive what we promise to them in a timely and professional manner, by the appropriate members of our team, using our suite of proprietary systems.

The primary responsibilities of our Client Service Associates are:

  • Creating work orders in our task management system
  • Owning and executing most types of client service tasks
  • Facilitating various account opening, funding, and maintenance processes
  • Assigning tasks to other team members, such as Planner Associates
  • Assisting our financial planners in gathering data and formulating advice for clients in a broad range of areas where they look to us for guidance, such as: tax strategies, estate planning, insurance structure and review, and investment planning
  • Managing our processes for financial planning fee billing and compliance 

Perhaps equally important to what you will be doing as Client Service Associate is what you will not be expected to do:

  • Sit at a reception desk
  • Serve as a personal assistant
  • Make marketing or prospecting calls
  • Conduct investment research or write financial plans prior to having the necessary training and experience, as well as the appropriate compensation for such work
