Growing company looking for entry level accounting admin.  This can be part time or full time. This position would be excellent for accounting majors that what to do real hands on work in many different areas.    This position will assist with day to day accounting activities. Primary duties include: Payroll duties Account Reconciliations Bank reconciliations Key2Act Job Cost set up Post weekly Payroll hours to Job Cost Prepare management reports Assist Accounting staff with accounting related issues – Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable.  Backfill for all positions on an as needed basis.  Maintain Fixed Assets and prepare appropriate journal entries. Prepare/post entries to Dynamics GP ledger/sub-ledgers Assist with Monthly Closing and Financial Statements Assist remote locations with bid documentation   Required Skills and Experience: Enrolled in BA/BS/Accounting Program from an accredited university (or) Associates Degree Excellent Excel/Word skills Dynamics GP experience a plus Pay for the intern job is between $11.00 and $13 and hour depending on experience and available hours. The full time position would be from $17-$21 hour (or salary) again depending on experience and degree(s).

This assignment focuses on all aspects of administrative sales support for the CCS Outside Sales Representatives and their respective customers. Employee Requirements: This position requires a self-directed, highly energetic person with implementation, organization and computer skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are important as this person is required to interact with personnel in all areas and levels of the operations, sales and management, as well as customer accounts. The capability to deal with high-volume tasks and prioritize assignments is critical. Expectations: The major expectation of this assignment is to provide a high-level of administrative sales support through the daily accomplishment of a wide variety of tasks including: create quotes check all sales orders for correct pricing reviewing/processing sales orders follow-up calls to ales reps/customers change orders/cancellations in appropriate systems file all sales orders data entry of large integration jobs facilitation of customers service issues month-end order tracking customer shipping/billing assistance shared drive pricing updates product information management administrative work for bid/proposals/contracts supply room stocking offering assistance whenever/wherever necessary to ensure our success Emails, phone calls and fax must be checked hourly and communication to the appropriate internal/external customers is required. This position reports to the Directors of Sales
